Recently, good news came from the user’s site, an extra-large blast furnace with its core power equipment upgrade and renovation project led by Shaangu has been successfully tested and put into full operation, which operates stably. This blast furnace is currently the second largest in the world and the largest in China.
In order to improve the environmental performance, achieve energy-saving and emission reduction, increase the efficiency of gas power generation, the user proposed to upgrade & retrofit the energy recovery turbine power generation unit of this extra-large blast furnace. In response, Shaangu provided the intelligent, green, energy-saving and low-carbon system solutions and system services.
