Recently, multiple sets of large-scale blast furnace supporting equipment under ShaanGu’s responsibility have made key progress at the site of a large-scale iron and steel integrated project in South Asia. The installation of the first blast furnace is nearing completion, and the installation of the second blast furnace is about to start in an all-round way. The smooth implementation of these two projects marks another major breakthrough of ShaanGu’s large-scale blast furnace energy recovery devices and core power equipment in the field of metallurgy in South Asia.
This project involves a large number of equipments and high system integration complexity. The newly built blast furnace has put forward extremely high requirements for the stability of process technology, energy efficiency indicators and environmental protection standards. The unique high temperature, high humidity and dusty environment in South Asia poses a severe test to the weather resistance, sealing and heat dissipation performance of power equipment. The ShaanGu team has carried out targeted adaptive design and technical transformation to ensure that the equipment can still operate efficiently and reliably under extreme climatic conditions and meet the strict needs of customers for continuous and stable production.
