In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress and help the realization of the “14th Five-year Plan” and “2035 Long-Range Objectives”, the “2021 China Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Technology Conference” hosted by China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association was held from July 21 to 23. The conference focused on the exchange of industrial innovative technology achievements and low-carbon green development experience, and issued awards such as “Recommended and Promoted New Technology of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industry during the ‘14th Five-year Plan’ Period”.
“360,000 t/y High Efficiency and Wide Working Condition Nitric Acid 4-in-1 Machine Train Technology” of Shaangu was Selected Into “Recommended and Promoted New Technology of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industry during the ‘14th Five-year Plan’ Period” by virtue of its remarkable green, high efficiency and energy saving technology and application effect.
Nitric Acid 4-in-1 Machine Train
China’s nitric acid industrial production began in 1935, but the packaged technology of nitric acid 4-in-1 machine train has been completely dependent on imports. In order to get rid of the situation that China’s nitric acid 4-in-1 machine train technology is under the control of others, Shaangu fastens eyes on international competitors, strives forward on the localization road of nitric acid 4-in-1 machine train packaged technology, continues to improve the technology. At present, the scale of the unit has gradually formed a series, which can be divided into 100,000 t/y, 150,000 t/y, 180,000 t/y, 270,000 t/y, 360,000 t/y and large nitric acid units of 450,000 t/y to 600,000 t/y. Among them, the 360,000 t/y nitric acid unit independently developed by Shaangu improves the scale of dilute nitric acid production, breaks the foreign technological monopoly, and provides technical support and development platform for the development of larger nitric acid 4-in-1 machine train. The unit was awarded the first prize of Science and Technology of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association.
The Shaangu’s independent innovation of “double-pressure nitric acid 4-in-1 machine train” has achieved more than 100 sets in the domestic and foreign markets. At the same time, it has contracted nearly 40 EPC projects in the field of nitric acid, providing domestic and foreign users with the whole process system solution and system service from synthetic ammonia to nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. The self-developed “waste heat and pressure utilization technology for nitric acid production reaction” has been selected into the Catalogue of National Key Energy-saving and Low Carbon Technology Promotion, which has realized the large-scale and localization of waste heat and pressure recovery equipment for nitric acid production process. Nowadays, it has been widely used in energy recovery of nitric acid production process in chemical industry.
