With the successful completion of on-site overhauling task by users, the Shaangu Chifeng Gas Coke Oven Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project has made milestone progress, successfully output high-quality LNG products and entered a stable operation stage. It further helps user develop green and high-quality, and also injects new vitality into local economic development.
The Shaangu Chifeng Gas Coke Oven Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project focuses on the needs of user, and helps users achieve an annual carbon reduction of more than 100,000 tons by conducting energy interconnection symbiosis system(EISS) solutions. It not only closes the gap in energy supply, but also improves energy quality and reduces greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions. It has good environmental and social benefits. Since the project was put into operation in 2023, the Chifeng Gas team has always adhered to the guidance of technological innovation and continuously optimized the production process to improve resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution.
This time, we made full use of the time to optimize the process flow and equipment modification during the user’s shutdown & overhauling, and after start-up, the gas volume of the coke oven was greatly increased compared with before. With the support of high gas volume, the LNG and synthetic ammonia output from the plant throughout the day have set a record since it was put into production.
It took less than three days from the introduction of gas to the output of qualified LNG products, and then to the return of the whole system to normal state, demonstrating the efficient execution ability and collaborative spirit of the Chifeng Gas team. In the future, Chifeng Gas will continue to devote itself to technological innovation and promote the development of clean energy.
